First Day of School (anyone)

Zero layed his fingers to the locker beside both sides of her head
His breath came to her face. it was sweet. it was adictive. "why would i do that when i have the wine corrnered?"

Elizabeth shivered at the closeness of his voice. "Um...Hayley, a little help here?" She gulped and turned to look at Hayley. "Now," she squealed. She tried her best not to look at Zero. He was actually starting to frighten her a bit now.

"kay go" i giggled
i sprinted to where they stood
i slid under Zeros arms
i grabbed her around the waist and tugged her behind me

Elizabeth didn't say anything. She simply followed Hayley. When they were far away from Zero and Seth, she paused. "Okay, what was that?" she asked nervously, not even sure if she wanted to know the answer to that question.

"well sweetie im not entirely sure myself" i conteplated what to say next
"well...er.. not human" i managed a weak laugh

Elizabeth laughed. "I know he's not normal, but not human. That's funny. Now, seriously, what was that?" She asked again.

"like i said, not human" i said
i laughed a bit more

Elizabeth stared at Hayley, an unamused expression on her face. She rubbed her temples, gently trying to calm herself down. Finally, she sighed and threw her hands in the air. "Okay. I give up. I don't care what my father says. There is no way I'm going to school here," she mumbled to herself, before trying to find an exit out of the school.

" i know exactly how you feel" i sympathised
"if Zero wasnt a monster i would say you should become friends" i smiled
"their kind are pretty interesting to have around"

Elizabeth turned around and looked at Hayley. "Their kind? Oh, so you mean there's more. Well, that's great, just wonderful," she said sarcastically.

a loud slaming noise came as Zero was slamed down to the ground and thrown past the girls.

Elizabeth quickly directed her attention to Zero as he was thrown across the hall. She backed away from him, not even wanting to get anywhere close to him.

"endangering the general public" i murmerd i looked over at Seth

Elizabeth focused her attention on Zero, then glanced at Hayley. "Hey...is this a regular thing?" she asked worriedly, still keeping her distance.

They both vanished completly for about 15 seconds the lockers around them started Spliting apart as Zero and Seth where slameing one another into each one. Seth Was slamed down six of them riping them open with his arm. but they where still moveing to fast to be seen for more then half a second.

i watched the two boys rip the hallway to smitherines
i looked back at Elizabeth
"yeah kind of" i laughed
"oh!" i gasped as the first bell rang "lets get you your class let me see your scedule"

Elizabeth smiled and nodded, her eyes still fixed on the two guys. She unlocked her backpack and searched her back before pulling out a piece of paper, her schedule. She gently handed it to Hayley, not even moving her gaze.

i examened it carefully
"english!" i exclamed "we have english together isnt that great?!"
i watched her
finaly i grabbed her hand and pulled her in the direction of our class

"Yay," Elizabeth exclaimed sarcastically as she allowed Hayley to pull her. She sighed, before finally taking her eyes off of Zero and Seth.

we arived at the classroom
the teacher glared at us as we crossed the threshold
"uhh this is a new student" i smiled pretending to be innocent
"her name is Elizabeth .. er.." i glanced back at her "last name?" i whispered desperatly

Elizabeth snickered. "Williams," she whispered to Hayley. She looked at the teacher, before examining the classroom. 'People...yay,' she thought exactly. She hated being around people. It explained why she did not have so many friends; she enjoyed being alone.

i turned back to the teacher
"yeah what she said" i laughed
"alright then, take your seats" the teacher said
i grabbed Elizabeth's hand and pulled her to the empty chair next to me
i tore a piece of paper from my notebook
i wrote
are you confused?
i slid it over under her elbow

Elizabeth slid the note from under her elbow, so she could read it. She took a red pencil, polka dotted with black spots and a black notebook with red hearts all over it. She opened the notebook, put the note in it, so it looked like she was actually taking notes on what the teacher was saying. She transcribed, 'Depends on what you mean. Am I confused by this school? That's a yes. Am I confused by this country? That's also a yes,' on the piece of paper and slid it to Hayley.

i read it intently
i resisted the urge to giggle
i wrote
'yeah thats undersatndable. i was too, i was the new girl until you arrived' i paused to stuff the note under my notebook as the teacher walked down the row i pretended to work on the assingnment
i pulled it back out
'well like i said going to school here is interesting to say the least' i stoped to contemplate the next sentance
but failed to find the right words
so i slid the note back

Elizabeth skimmed the note, before smiling slightly to herself. She wrote, 'Interesting...yeah, that's it. Are they...' By "they" she was referring to Seth and Zero. She couldn't help but ponder on what had happened earlier. '...like vampires or something?' She recalled Zero saying he was "thirst" and that she was his "prey." So, that's what caused the suspicion. She quietly slid the note back under Hayley's arm.
